Ingridients:
- 130g of white flour
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 2 level spoons of cocoa powder
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 60g of butter
- 200g of dark chocolate
Process:
– Mix the eggs and powdered sugar well at the highest speed for about 5 minutes.
– Melt the butter and dark chocolate together over a water bath and wait for it to reach a lukewarm temperature.
– Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder well.
– Slowly add the lukewarm chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well again.
– Put the mass in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
– After 20 minutes, form balls (about the size of a walnut) and spread them on the baking sheet (they should have enough space between them). Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes at 180°C.
– When the cookies are baked, wait for them to cool down and decorate them with Sweet Color food coloring and Sprinkles food sprinkles.
